PhotoCraft Online terms and upstream attribution
Understand the independent resource site, open-source editor licensing, early-alpha limitations and responsibility for local files and exports.
Independent website and service scope
photocraft.tools is an independent resource site maintained under the public name “photocraft.tools maintainer.” It hosts an unmodified upstream PhotoCraft v0.12.0 browser editor and publishes explanatory guides. It is not operated by or endorsed by ArtCraft or Adobe. Questions about this website can be sent to hi@photocraft.tools.
This website does not offer registration, paid subscriptions, cloud document storage or a paid editing API. External desktop downloads and community services are operated by their respective providers. A link or product name does not imply endorsement or make this website responsible for every feature of a separately distributed application.
Software licenses and other rights
The editor is distributed under its upstream MIT OR Apache-2.0 licensing, with retained attribution and third-party notices. The applicable software licenses govern your rights to use and redistribute that software; these website terms do not replace or remove those rights. Consult the source and license material before redistributing an artifact.
You are responsible for having the necessary rights to images you open, edit and share. Do not use the service for unlawful conduct or to violate another person's rights. Published synthetic samples illustrate specific workflows; they are not evidence that arbitrary third-party documents are safe or compatible. Contact us about a copyright or attribution concern with the relevant URL and supporting details.
Keep originals and verify outputs
The pinned editor remains early alpha. Features, rendering and file exchange can differ from Photoshop or other software. There is no browser autosave or crash recovery in this release. Keep untouched originals, work on copies and verify downloaded files before relying on them. The website cannot recover a document that was never saved from the browser.
A passing sample test applies only to its stated environment and input. It does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, lossless exchange, professional color accuracy or suitability for a deadline-sensitive task. Software-license warranty and liability provisions remain applicable. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Privacy, downloads and communication
The privacy policy describes local document processing, ordinary hosting requests and website analytics loaded directly on visits. Analytics do not receive local document contents from editing. Save work before navigating away, changing language or switching renderer. Check the filename, architecture, release source and available verification information before running an external download.
Emails are used to handle the request you send, not automatically published as contributions. No public comment or submission workflow is currently available. Follow the community guide when reporting an upstream software issue, and use Contact for website, privacy or content concerns.
