Contact the website maintainer
Email hi@photocraft.tools for questions about photocraft.tools. The public contact is the photocraft.tools maintainer. You can use this address for website feedback, corrections, privacy requests, accessibility problems or questions about material published here. There is no contact form and no account is required.
We do not promise a fixed response time. Send one clear message with the relevant page URL and enough detail to understand the request. Do not include passwords, API keys or confidential images. Email is a separate communication channel; choosing to contact us sends the information you include to our mailbox and its service provider.
Report an error in a guide
Include the page URL, language, section heading and the statement you believe is incorrect. Explain the expected correction and, if available, link to a relevant upstream release, source file or reproducible observation. Distinguish a change in a newer desktop release from behavior of the pinned v0.12.0 browser build.
The editorial policy explains how we distinguish tests, documentation and unverified behavior. You do not need to provide a private project file to report a copy error. A concise description or synthetic example is preferable.
Report an editor or loading problem
Tell us the browser version, operating system, page URL, selected renderer and the steps leading to the problem. Include what you expected and what you observed. If a small public sample reproduces the issue, identify that sample. Inspect screenshots and logs for personal information before sending them.
The upstream project develops the editor, so a software defect may ultimately need an upstream issue. This website's maintainer handles site hosting, links, guides and published evidence. The community guide helps route reports; the troubleshooting guide helps collect useful details first. We cannot recover work that was never saved from the browser.
Privacy and rights requests
Use the same email address for questions about our handling of information, applicable access or deletion requests, or withdrawal of a request you previously sent. Describe the relevant interaction and a reasonable date range. Do not send identity documents unless a necessary verification method has been agreed with you.
